Dr. Jai Prakash Tak is a highly qualified anaesthesiologist and critical care physician with approximately 10 years of experience in anaesthesia, intensive care, and air medical transport.

He completed both his MBBS and MD in Anaesthesiology from Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak, and went on to complete a Fellowship in Neuroanaesthesia and Critical Care at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram, gaining advanced expertise in managing complex neurosurgical and critically ill patients.

His clinical experience spans Lady Hardinge Medical College (New Delhi), Fortis Memorial Research Institute (Gurugram), Max Super Speciality Hospital (Patparganj, Delhi) and Venkateshwar Hospital (New Delhi), covering adult and paediatric critical care, ventilator management, neuroanaesthesia, emergency airway management, ICU transfers, commercial airline medical escorts and international medical repatriation.

Dr. Tak has participated in more than 1,000 medical rescue and patient transport operations, including domestic and international medical evacuations, ICU transfers and high-acuity critical care missions. He is presently associated with Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram as a Visiting Consultant and with Venkateshwar Hospital, New Delhi, while leading the clinical operations of Zenith Air Ambulance.
