Cancellation & Refund Policy

Air ambulance missions require significant advance planning (aircraft and crew scheduling, medical preparation, permissions, and ground coordination), much of which is committed well before departure. The following terms describe how cancellations are handled and how refunds are calculated and processed.

Cancellation deductions

Where a confirmed booking is cancelled, an example deduction may be applied to the amount paid based on the notice given before the scheduled departure time:

Refund processing

Any refund due after applicable deductions will be processed, as an example, within 7 working days of confirming the cancellation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations by Zenith

Patient safety always comes first. In rare situations, for example adverse weather, airspace or permission restrictions, technical issues, or clinical reasons, a mission may need to be delayed or cancelled. In such cases we will work to arrange a suitable alternative wherever possible. Where no service is provided, amounts paid for the affected mission are refundable, subject to confirmation.
